Screen Calibration
MSI SUMMIT E15 is using a FHD Innolux N156HCE-EN1(CMN15E8) IPS-level touch panel.

Frankly, before the calibration, this screen with only 91.5% sRGB coverage is not enough for light-weighted video, photo editing and 3D modelling, 60Hz refresh rate is just enough for working and basic gaming. In the end, we are using the DisplayCAL with Datacolor Spyder 4 Elite to calibrate this panel.

Calibration result: Average △E≈0.12, Maximum △E≈5.99
After calibration, we have a 100.7% of sRGB, 69.4% of Adobe RGB and 71.4% of DCI P3 coverage

SUMMARY

Ultimately, the MSI Summit E15 is an edgy-looking business laptop designed to look more like some premium gaming models. That doesn’t necessarily mean it looks radical. Some high-end gaming laptops have moved toward more sophisticated-looking designs that want to blend better with professional laptops. The goal is to allow you to use them in a variety of environments and have them come off in higher quality, less toy-like manner.
